Adam is a Partner at Chariot Capital Group, where he oversees the firm’s strategy, investment activity, and organizational growth. He is responsible for firm-wide leadership, including oversight of all legal matters, deal execution, portfolio management, operations and turnaround initiatives.
Prior to launching Chariot, Adam served as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel at a global private equity firm, where he specialized in complex transactions and value-driven turnarounds. He began his career as a litigator at a prominent Los Angeles law firm, focusing on business and high-profile entertainment matters.
Anthony is a Partner at Chariot Capital Group, where he oversees the firm’s partnerships, capital markets, and turnaround strategies.
Prior to Chariot, Anthony was Vice President of a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, where he oversaw real estate and restructurings. He also served as Assistant General Counsel at an Andreessen Horowitz-backed fintech company, where he helped raise over $150M, and sat on the Innovation Committee.
Sunny Parmar is a Partner at Chariot Capital Group, where he oversees all financial management, accounting, deal structuring and M&A execution. Sunny brings over 25 years of experience in private equity, real estate, and capital markets, having held executive roles at Ares Management, H.I.G. Capital, CIM Group, and Mosaic Real Estate Investors.
At Ares Management, he served as Chief Accounting Officer for Private Equity and Special Situations Funds, helping scale operations from $40 billion to over $100 billion in AUM. He was also part of the executive leadership team that led Ares through its IPO and served as Treasurer of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund, a publicly listed closed-end fund.
Prior to joining Chariot, Sunny served as CFO for a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, where he oversaw finance and accounting functions as well as M&A activities.
Marc is a Partner at Chariot Capital Group, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, business development, and deal execution. With over a decade of private equity experience, Marc possesses a deep expertise in complex corporate carve-outs and special situations transactions globally.
Prior to Chariot, Marc was a Senior Director of M&A at a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, where he sourced and executed more than 35 transactions across North America and Europe. His track record includes numerous high-impact corporate divestitures, drawing on extensive experience in navigating operational complexity and unlocking transformational value.
